  • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day period. They will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN).
  • The customer is responsible for any price differences between the exchanged items, including shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • The exchanged item(s) will be shipped once the original item(s) are received and inspected.

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
